Fleet Mechanic – Full Time
Spirit EMS is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic Supervisor to help lead and maintain our growing fleet of more than 80 vehicles. This role is essential to ensuring our ambulances and support units remain safe, reliable, and ready to respond—including during after-hours situations as part of an on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications
ASE certification preferred
Wrecker/tow truck experience a plus
Supervisory or lead‑tech experience a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced shop
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair abilities
Requirements
Must provide your own tools
Ability to perform maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections on ambulances and light‑ to medium‑duty vehicles
Knowledge of safety standards and preventative maintenance best practices
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to communicate effectively with leadership and crew members
